A police team had early in the morning brought Maninder to Kharar, Punjab, from Kalimpong, West Bengal, in connection with the case.
Ishtpreet and Amritpal were on Tuesday arrested from Mohali, Punjab, on charges of aiding their brother with money and information while he was on the run and hiding at different places in India since March 28, 2003 after allegedly committing the crime in UK.
The court ordered medical examination of the three by a board of doctors.
The SDJM issued notice for July 31 to the police on the bail application moved by Ishtpreet and Amritpal, who are to be produced in the court at 1400 IST at the next date.
Maninder is to be produced before the same court on August 5.
Police sources said that Maninder would be taken to some places where he was suspected to have taken shelter.
Those persons who gave him shelter are also to be questioned, the sources said, but declined to divulge details.
Maninder, his parents and brothers stand accused in the fake passport case in Mohali. The police have alleged that Maninder, during his stay in Mohali from March 18-28, 2003, had got a fake passport.
Kalimpong SDJM Hargobind Singh had given Maninder's custody to the Punjab police on Monday.
Patiala Senior Superintendent of Police A S Rai, who was in the team that brought Maninder from Kalimpong, said that his brothers had been in constant touch with him.
Ishtpreet is a constable with the Punjab police.
Maninder confessed that he had created an email address to stay in touch with his brothers who provided him with money and information about police activities, the SSP added.
Rai said the police would question him about his movements in the country, his sources of money, how he got his passport and other travel documents made and who all provided him shelter when he was on the run.
