Stars' showdown on Airtel
Shah Rukh was pleased at getting an opportunity to spend an entire day with Tendulkar.
"The Airtel sbowdown has given me the first opportunity ever to spend an entire day with Sachin. I am also honoured to have launched the 'Master Blaster's Pavilion', a portal dedicated to Sachin -- a great cricketer, a personal favourite and an old friend," he said.
Tendulkar also had some words of praise for Shah Rukh, whom he referred to as 'one of the legends of modern cinema.'
'Shah Rukh's verve, energy and athleticism are well-known and this showdown has all the makings of a special event," the batting ace said.
