Andrew Flintoff's Mom is proud of her son's achievements on the tour of India especially his bowling. "It's been a big surprise," she said. "One minute he's in Australia with the Academy and now he's opening the bowling for England. He's put in 110%. He must be disappointed he hasn't got any runs, but I don't think he could have done any better with his bowling.
Bangladesh in New Zealand
New Zealand batsman Nathan Astle will miss the second test against Bangladesh in Wellington starting on December 26 after sustaining a hairline fracture in his hand.

Jonty Rhodes says there is no reason for South Africa to panic, despite their 246-run humiliation against Australia in the first Test at Adelaide.
"If we managed to salvage a draw there would've been no worries," said Rhodes. "As it turns out, we're 1-0 down and we know we're going to encounter wickets that turn even more."
