$25 million bounty on Saddam's head
July 03, 2003 20:16 IST
The United States has offered a $25 million reward for information that either leads to the capture of former Iraqi president Saddam Hussein or confirms that he is dead, CNN quoted US officials as saying on Thursday.
It has also offered a $15 million reward for similar information about his sons Uday and Qusay.
The reward is being offered through the State Department's Reward for Justice Programme, which seeks to prevent acts of terrorism against the US.
