Four of the five Indians in the fray advanced to the quarter-finals of the US $10,000 ITF grass court tournament in Lahore [Images] on Wednesday.
Rupesh Roy was the lone casualty, his run cut short by compatriot Vivek Shokeen.
Roy went down fighting 4-6, 5-7 to the seventh seed in a second round match.
Shokeen will now face-off against top seed Adam Vejmelka of the Czech Republic.
Also making the last-eight stage were Divij Sharan, the finalist of last week's event, Sunil Kumar Sipaeya and National champion Ashutosh Singh.
Fifth seed Divij rallied from a set down to beat Sri Lanka's [Images] Harshana Godamanna 5-7, 6-3, 7-5 and set up a quarter-final clash against Sipaeya, who got past Asim Shafik of Pakistan 6-4, 6-2.
Second seed Ashutosh hardly broke a sweat as he defeated Belgian Bart Govaerts 6-2, 6-1 in his second round match.
The Delhi boy next faces a tricky opponent in Aqeel Khan, who won the title at the last week's event at the same venue.
In the doubles event, the top seeded Indian pair of Shokeen and Ashutosh continued their good run, defeating the third seeded Taipei duo of Huai-En Chang and Hsin-Han Lee 6-4, 7-6(7) in the semi-finals.
