Jyoti Randhawa birdied two of the four holes remaining in his second round, which spilled over to the third morning, but it was still not enough to keep him for the weekend rounds of the Nissan Irish Open.
Randhawa finished with a total of seven-over after rounds of 79 and 72 and was tied 101st. The cut came at four-over in this rain-hit tournament.
Randhawa's bogeys came on fifth, 10th and 12th, while he birdied 14th, 15th and 18th. He played 14 holes of his second round on Friday before failing light forced suspension of play and the players had to return to the course on Saturday to complete the round.
Belgian Nicolas Colsaerts was leading the field at four-under 140 with rounds of 73 and 67 at Carton House Golf Club. He started on 10th and had four birdies in his first nine holes.
He then birdied one and dropped two shots to finish with a 67.
Cristian Cevaer (71), Ian Poulter (70) and Anthony Wall (68) were at three-under 141 in tied second place.
Among the prominent names missing the cut were Colin Montgomerie (77+72) and Paul Broadhurst (75+74).
