16-man field for Asian billiards
Sixteen cueists, including five from India, will vie for honours in the Om Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance-sponsored second Asian billiards championship, in Bangalore, from March 18 to 24.
The Indian challenge, led by seasoned campaigner Geet Sethi, also
includes Devendra Joshi, Ashok Shandilya, Alok Kumar and wild card

Many cueists have pulled out of the prestigious tournament citing security concerns.

matches to be decided over best-of-five frames, the quarter-finals and
semi-finals best-of-seven, and the final, best-of-nine frames.
