No Fed Cup for Germany's HuberGermany's Anke Huber said on Monday she would definitely end her career after this week's WTA Championships and would not play in next month's Fed Cup finals. Germany replaced the United States after the defending Fed Cup champions pulled out of the competition, scheduled for Madrid from November 7-11, because of security concerns. Huber, 26, had first said that she wanted to retire after next year's Australian Open before saying that the WTA Championships starting on Tuesday in Munich would be her last tournament if she managed to qualify. "I had said that this would be my last tournament if I qualified and it remains that way," she said. "I have told Fed Cup chief Markus Schur that I would not take part." Huber, who made it to the season's finale after Venus Williams pulled out because of a sore wrist, plays Wimbledon finalist Justine Henin in her opening match on Wednesday.
