Federer shocks SamprasDefending champion Pete Sampras was knocked out of Wimbledon by Swiss teenager Roger Federer in the fourth round on Monday. Federer, 19, won 7-6 (9-7, 5-7, 6-4, 6-7(2-7), 7-5. Sampras has won a record-equalling seven men's singles titles at the world's most famous tennis tournament. The American, holder of a record 13 Grand Slam titles, was last beaten at Wimbledon in the quarter-finals of the 1996 championships, by Dutchman Richard Krajicek, who went on to win the title that year. However, it was smooth sailing for Andre Agassi. The No.2 seed proved made it to the last eight beating Nicolas Kiefer of Germany 6-3, 7-5, 7-5
