Bengaluru [Images] is gearing up for the three-day national executive of the Bharatiya Janata Party, which kicks off at 11.55 am on Friday. The BJP leaders will plan their strategy for the Lok Sabha elections and finalise the issues to be raised during the campaign.
According to sources, the BJP has decided to go on the offensive about the contentious issues of price rise and internal security. The party feels that both the issues have hit the common man hard, and highlighting them would better their prospects in the forthcoming elections.

While the India-United States nuclear deal agreement also figures on the party's agenda, senior leaders don't want to stress too much on it as it has emerged as the main issue for the Left Front.
