Patrolling has been intensified by Border Security Force personnel on the Indo-Bangladesh border in West Bengal in view of the declaration of emergency in the neighbouring country.Home Secretary Prasad Ranjan Roy said on Friday, the BSF were asked to keep strict vigil against possible infiltration from across the border under the situation prevailing in Bangladesh. The police were also patrolling border villages, he said. Indo-Bangla border trade was, however, more or less normal, he added.
