THOUBAL: Manipur Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh was declared elected from Thoubal assembly constituency defeating his rival L Tomba Singh of Manipur People's Party by over 8000 votes.

NUNGBA: Manipur Congress chief Gaikhangam won from Nungba assembly constituency defeating his nearest rival, Independent Gangmumei Kamei, by over 4,000 votes.

KAKCHING: Congress candidate Y Surachandra Singh was elected from Kakching assembly constituency defeating Thokchom Tomba of CPI by over 1000 votes.

THANLON: National People's Party president V Hangkhalian won from Thanlon assembly constituency defeating BJP candidate Zabiaksang by over 4000 votes.

MOIRANG: Congress candidate M Manindra Singh defeated Manipur People's Party's Salam Gopal Singh.

ANDRO: MPP candidate Th Shyamkumar was declared elected from Andro assembly constituency defeating Congress nominee S Chandra Singh by over 13,000 votes. Shyakumar is now in Tihar jail in Delhi in connection with a case related to insurgency.

KSHETRIGAO: Nationalist Congress Party candidate Thangjam Nandakishore was declared elected defeating Congress candidate Amin Shah in Khetrigao constituency.

SAIKUL: NCP candidate Doukhomang Khongsai was declared elected defeating Congress candidate Chungkhokai Doungel in 46.Saikul assembly constituency. Khongsai polled 11,669 votes while Doungel secured 11,206 votes.

TIPAIMUKH: Rashtriya Janata Dal candidate Ngursanglur was declared elected from Tipaimukh assembly constituency in Churachandpur district defeating former medical minister and Congress candidate Chaltonlien Amo by 324 votes. While Ngursanglur polled 4946 votes, Amo secured 4622 votes.

LILONG: RJD candidate Helaludin Khan was declared elected after he defeated Congress nominee and Manipur assembly Speaker Manir Udin Khan by 1,565 votes in Lilong assembly constituency in Thoubal district. Khan polled 9848 votes while Manir Udin Khan secured 8283 votes.

KHUNDRAKPAM: NCP candidate Th.Navakumar singh wins Khundrakpam assembly constituency by defeating Congress candidate Tangkham Po Pangei.

SEKMAI: Communist Party of India candidate Heikham Borajao wins Sekmai assembly constituency in Manipur defeating Manipur People's Party candidate Kh Dinamani Singh by over 1000 votes.

KONTHOUJAM: Congress candidate Sapam Budhichandra Singh was declared elected from Konthoujam assembly constituency in Manipur defeating his nearest rival K Sarat Singh of National People's Party. While Budhichandra Singh polled 5433 votes, Sarat Singh secured 5359 votes, official sources said.

WABGAI: CPI candidate Usham Deben Singh was declared elected from Wabgai assembly constituency in Thoubal district defeating Manipur State Congress Party candidate M Manihar Singh by 78 votes, official sources said. Deben Singh polled 6780 votes while Manihar Singh secured 6702 votes.

KEIRAO: Alaudin Khan of Congress elected from Keirao assembly constituency defeating K Thamarjit Singh of Manipur State Congress Party by two votes only. Khan polled 7,648 and Singh secured 7,646 votes. 

JIRIBAM: Congress candidate Th.Debendra Singh was declared elected from Jiribam assembly constituency (40) in Imphal East district defeating his rival A Biren Singh of NCP by over 500 votes.

NAMBOL: N Loken Singh (Congress) won from Nambol assembly constituency defeating MPP nominee Th Chaoba Singh.

PHUNGYAR: Independent nominee K Wungnaoshing was elected from Phungyar assembly constituency in Ukhrul district defeating Congress nominee Victor Keishing.

LANGTHABAL: Manipur People's Party candidate O Joy Singh was declared elected defeating Congress candidate L Tilotama by over 500 votes.

HEINGANG: Congress candidate N Biren Singh was declared elected from Heingang assembly constituency defeating his nearest rival Mutum Babita of Manipur People's Party. Biren Singh polled 10,210 votes while Babita secured 6,512 votes.

THANGMEIBAND: Former Manipur chief minister and NCP state chief Radhabinod Koijam wins Thangmeiband assembly seat defeating his nearest rival and sitting BJP legislator M Bhorot Singh by over 1,000 votes. 

TENGNOUPAL: Independent candidate Morung Mokunga, supported by United Naga Council, was declared elected defeating RJD candidate Chungsei. Mokunga polled 21,408 votes while Chungsei secured 19321 votes. 

KARONG: D D Thaisii of Congress was declared elected at Karong assembly constituency, defeating his nearest rival L Jonathan (Independent) by a margin of about 1300 votes.

MAO: M Thorii (Independent) was declared elected at Mao assembly constituency, defeating his nearest rival Woba Joram (Independent) by a margin of about 5500 votes.

URIPOK: L Nandakumar of Congress was declared elected from Uripok assembly constituencies, defeating his nearest rival P Achou of MPP by a margin of 1546 votes. Congress retains the seat.

PATSOI: Sapam Kunjakeswor (Independent) was declared elected from Patsoi assembly constituency, defeating his nearest rival Dr L Chandramani, MPP president, by a margin of 1644 votes.

THONGJU: Bijoy Koijam of Congress was declared elected from Thongju assembly constituencies, defeating his nearest rival Dr Sapam Dhananjoy, former Speaker and SP president, by a margin of about 3800 votes.

UKHRUL: Danny Shaiza (Independent) was declared elected from Ukhrul assembly constituency, defeating his nearest rival A S Arthur of Congress by a margin of about 1000 votes. He retained the seat.

WANGKHEM: Keisham Meghachandra of Congress was declared elected from Wangkhem assembly constituency, defeating his nearest Dr Nimaichand Luwang of MPP by a margin of about 3000 votes. He wrested the seat from MPP.

KHURAI: Dr N Bijoy of the MPP was declared elected from Khurai assembly constituency, defeating his nearest candidate N Bihari of Congress by a margin of 5000 votes. He wrested the seat from the Congress.

WANGOI: W Nipamacha, former chief minister and state RJD president, was declared elected from Wangoi assembly constituency, defeating his nearest rival S Joy of the NCP by a margin of about 2000 votes.

HENGLEP: Manga Vaiphei of Congress was declared elected from Henglep assembly constituency, defeating his rival T Thangzalam of LJSP by a margin of 1,500 votes. He retained the seat.

LAMSANG: W Brajabidhu of the Congress was declared elected from Lamsang assembly seat, defeating his nearest rival Rajen of MPP by margin of about 1884 votes.

NAORIYA PAKHANGLAKPA: Manipur People's Party leader R K Anand was declared elected from this constituency.

OINAM: Manipur People's Party leader Irengbam Ibohalbi was declared elected from this constituency.

HEIROK: Congress leader M Okendro was declared elected from this constituency.

KHANGABOK: Chief Minister Ibobi Singh was declared elected from thiis constituency.

HIYANGLAM: Congress leader Elangbam Dwijamani Singh was declared elected from this constituency.

SUNGOO: Congress leader Kangujam Ranjit Singh was declared elected from this constituency.

CHANDEL: RJD leader Thangkholun Haokip was declared elected from this constituency.

KANGPOKPI: National People's Party leader Thangminlen Kipgen was declared elected from this constituency.

SAITU: Independent leader Haokholet Kipgen was declared elected from this constituency.

TAMEI: Independent leader Awangbow Newmei was declared elected from this constituency.

TAMENGLONG: Independent leader Khangthuanang Panmei was declared elected from this constituency.

CHINGAI: Independent leader Khashim Ruivah was declared elected, defeating his nearest rival A Aza by a margin of 8000 votes.

WANGJING TENTHA: M Hemanta of Congress was declared elected, defeating his nearest rival M Nara of CPI by a margin of 600 votes.

YAISKUL: E Kunjeswar of Congress was declared elected, defeating his nearest rival former chief minister R K Dorendro of MPP by a margin of 4000 votes.

MAYANG IMPHAL: Kh Ratankumar of Congress declared elected, defeating his nearest rival Maulana Abdus Salam of NCP by a margin of 1000 votes.

CHURACHANDPUR: Former Congress president Phungzathang Tonsing retained his seat, defeating Langkhanpau Guite of NPP by a margin of 1700 votes.
