At least one person was killed and two others injured as four compartments of a local train derailed between Kurla and Vidyavihar railway stations on the central railway network in Mumbai on Sunday morning.
Railway Police commissioner A K Sharma said the injured have been rushed to nearby Rajawadi hospital. The rail services on the down line were disrupted. The Thane-bound train derailed at 11.20 am.
