The Gujarat High Court on Monday rejected an application filed by the Railway Ministry, which sought vacation of the stay on the tabling of the Banerjee Commission report in Parliament.A division bench of Justice M S Shah and Justice S G Dave rejected the appeal of the Ministry and ordered that the report cannot be tabled in Parliament till final hearing of the matter is not concluded in April.
