Former Pakistan prime minister Benazir Bhutto [Images] will arrive in India for a two-day visit on April 1, official sources said.
Bhutto and her husband Asif Ali Zardari, who were to arrive in New Delhi on Thursday, had delayed their visit by a week. This will be Bhutto's second trip since her self-imposed exile eight years ago.
"I understand they will be here on April 1 and 2," an external affairs ministry spokesman said. "It will be a private visit," he added
The Pakistan People's Party chief will pay obeisance at the dargah in Ajmer in Rajasthan in the wake of her husband being released from prison recently, the sources said.
Bhutto undertook a visit to India last year to attend a conference in New Delhi during which she met senior leaders.
