A slight intensity earthquake shook Thane district of Maharashtra on Saturday morning.
No damage was, however, reported, the Met department said.
The quake, measuring 3 on the Richter scale, was recorded at 0839 IST.
It was epicentred at 19.2 degree North and 73.2 degree East in Thane district.
