Afghan President Hamid Karzai will pay a visit to India on February 23, officials said in Kabul. The announcement follows Indian External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh's brief stopover in Kabul earlier Tuesday en-route to Islamabad. This will be Karzai's first visit to India after the October 9 landmark presidential polls in Afghanistan which he won with an overwhelming majority.
