Top Kashmir leaders to meet in London

As the Manmohan Singh government settles down here, prominent leaders of Kashmir on both sides of the Line of Control will meet in London this weekend to discuss resolution of the Kashmir issue at a seminar.
The two-day seminar, convened by the International Kashmir Alliance, will begin on May 29 and will have participation of political and separatist leaders from Jammu and Kashmir and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, sources said.
They will deliberate on the issue of "distribution of Jammu and Kashmir under three administrations at Srinagar, Muzaffarabad and Gilgit," the sources said.
The meet will also "consider means to empower in accordance with freely-expressed wishes of all three administrations to make a genuine impact in Indo-Pak composite dialogue to see resolution in right direction."
Among those invited for the meet are former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Farooq Abdullah, All Parties Hurriyat Conference chairman Abbas Ansari, People's Conference chairman Sajjad Lone, ruling People's Democratic Party president Mehbooba Mufti and senior Congress leader Salman Khursheed.
From PoK, the leaders invited to the seminar include Sardar Abdul Qayoom Khan, Hurriyat leader Farooq Rehmani and Shabir Chaudhary.
