UP BJP president Vinay Katiyar resigns

Katiyar, who had assumed the reigns of the state unit about two years back, sent his resignation letter to the party's national president M Venkaiah Naidu.Katiyar later told reporters in Lucknow that he had resigned on the instruction of the party high command as a 'disciplined soldier' of the party.
