Five thrown out of running train near Nashik

Four youngsters were killed and one injured after they were allegedly thrown out of a running train by some passengers near Nandgaon in Bhusawal section of Central Railway, police said.

The incident occurred early on Friday morning when the youths, travelling in 5250 UP Darbhanga-Kurla Pawan Express, got into an argument with passengers over sharing of seats.

All four bodies have been recovered. Devendra Survade, who suffered serious injuries, was found lying near the track by the driver of another train. He has been admitted to the Bhusawal railway hospital.

Survade told police that he and his friends --  Praveen Onkar Javare (19), Sachin Dattu More (20), Dilip Laxman Survade (18) and Nitin Dhakane (21) -- were on their way to Mumbai in search of jobs.
