"I have not resigned due to technicalities because otherwise I will not get any post-retirement benefits. I may go on long leave or take voluntary retirement. But I will not work for this (Bihar) government any more," he told NDTV.Ojha, who will retire on February 29 next year, also said he would move court to challenge what he described as his 'malafide transfer'.
"I will file a petition either in the high court or the Supreme Court stating the reasons that led to the state government to remove me from the post of DGP," Ojha had told a crowded press conference in Patna earlier in the day. He alleged that criminal gangs were being supported by 'powerful politicians' in the state.
