August 16, 2003 16:28 IST
A day after its international general secretary Pravin Togadia, it was the turn of Vishwa Hindu Parishad vice-president Giriraj Kishore to be packed off soon after his arrival in Patna apprehending a law and order problem.
Kishore was on his way to Muzaffarpur to attend a programme, which the state administration had banned earlier, official sources said.
Kishore who arrived in Patna on Saturday by an Indian Airlines flight from Delhi was informed about the ban by Patna District Magistrate Dipak Prasad and Senior Superintendent of Police Sunil Kumar, who met him on the tarmac. Like Togadia, Kishore was also not allowed to enter the airport terminal building.
