Natasha case: Second autopsy confirms findings of first

The second autopsy on Natasha Singh, daughter-in-law of Congress leader K Natwar Singh, showed no bullet wounds and stab injuries, police sources said on Tuesday.

The second post-mortem ordered by the authorities on Monday to rule out any suspicions following conflicting versions on the cause of death, matches with the findings of that of first autopsy, the sources said.

It confirms that several of her ribs and other bones were broken, apparently due to fall from a height, they said.

The sources also said that Jagat Singh, the estranged husband of the deceased, has been questioned thrice.

His statement will be recorded later in the day, they added.
