R K Narayan continues to be critical

The 95-year-old novelist continued to be on life support system.

"His condition is fluctuating and nothing can be said for the next 48 hours," the doctors said.

The nonagenarian was admitted to the hospital on April 27 last, following some cardiovascular problems.
