Mithi to be sworn in as Arunachal CM todayA new 29-member ministry, headed by Arunachal Congress-Mithi leader Mukut Mithi, will be sworn in in Arunachal Pradesh today as the 28-month-old Arunachal Congress government, headed by Gegong Apang, resigned after losing the vote of confidence yesterday. Mithi and his team will be sworn in at 1100 hours today by Governor Mata Prasad. The governor invited Mithi to form a new government, after Apang and his council of minister submitted their resignation. Apang, who was in the saddle for 19 years, submitted his resignation immediately after completing his three-hour-long speech on the confidence motion, moved in the house earlier in the day. UNI
