Salman sure is a 'wild' one!

He is a great one, our hero Salman Khan.

On one hand, he poses for World Wide Fund for Nature posters, exhorting one and all to save flora, fauna, nature etc. And on the other, calmly goes and gets himself remanded in Rajasthan for poaching!

The calendars that the Bollywood star posed for are currently available in some of Bombay's leading stalls. Besides Salman, these also feature Shahrukh Khan, Govinda, Raveena Tandon and Kajol. All are, of course, embroidered with nicey-nice captions, calling on the public to save earth, environment, nature...

Here's a sample from one of the Salman-calendars: Travel your way to good health -- use bicycle or better still, walk whenever you can.

Meanwhile, Salman's alleged poaching - the star, along with actresses Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Neelam, and hero Saif Ali Khan, apparently, had let loose a few shots at Jodhpur's blackbucks and chinkaras - continues to shock environmentalists. The WWF has, therefore, in a release, called for a social boycott of such men and women.

While Salman languishes, the rest of his party is out on bail.
