Producer to sue BipashaBipasha Basu

Producer Alok Srivastava is fuming.

Bipasha Basu has reportedly been playing cat and mouse with his film Jaane Hoga Kya?

Srivastava claims he signed her before Raaz for Rs 15 lakh. The actress received 40 per cent of the amount. She went on to complete her other films, Gunaah, Chor Machaye Shor, Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai and Jism. She has shot only six days for Srivastava's film.

The producer has decided to file a suit against the actress demanding compensation of Rs 50 million (which he claims he lost due to her attitude), and to lodge a complaint with the Cine Artistes Association. He claims he lost Rs 300,000 recently when Bipasha confirmed her availability to him, but flew to New Delhi to visit Dino Morea in hospital (he had met with a car accident near Kullu Manali) without informing Srivastava.
