Dhaai Akshar Prem Ke might have been interesting if Raj Kanwar hadn't quite crammed so much into it -- dream sequences, large family drama et al. Unoriginal subject? You bet. Still, it could have been salvaged had Kanwar not skimmed over it so superficially. What the film lacks, therefore, is depth. In sum, it's a union: Of pained expression (Ash) meeting confused one (Abhishek). Oh, lax of me. Mustn't forget to mention Salman Khan, who makes a now-you-see-me-now-you-don't appearance. That's all I can do: mention it. That's it.
