Car manufacturers are giving consumers extra reasons to celebrate this Christmas and New Year -- by giving a lot of discounts. They are, of course, doing this to meet their year-end sales targets, but new car buyers have no reason to complain.
Hyundai is the first one to offer some real good discounts in Delhi and have promised that Mumbai will also soon be getting the same benefit.
So, if you are looking to buy the Santro, you can actually get it for Rs 35,000 cheaper, whereas on the Getz, Hyundai is offering a discount of Rs 42,000. On the Accent CRDi, the company is giving a discount of Rs 73,000.
Hyundai also allows you to buy a a new version of any of its models, if you so wish, at a discounted price.
Though there is no discount on the newly launched Maruti [Get Quote] Zen Estilo but if you are planning to buy some other Maruti model, then you will get a healthy discount. The Maruti Esteem can be yours for Rs 20,000 less than the usual price and the Maruti Alto has been brough down by Rs 18,000.
The good old Maruti 800 has been marked down by Rs 20,000 and if you plan to buy the Baleno, then there is a cool discount of Rs 40, 000 available.
Even Tata Motors [Get Quote] has priced down its range of wheels. Here is a list:
Fiat cars being marketed in India by Tata Motors have also been pegged down. The Palio 1.2 ELPS: Rs 50,000 and Adventure 1.6 Sport: Rs 65,000.
These offers are open till stocks last.
Toyota Kirloskar Motor has brought down the price of the Corolla by Rs 50,000.
Ford is offering a 4.5% discount on credit purchases as well as Rs 7,500 off as cash discount on both the petrol and diesel models of its popular Fiesta car.
So, go get yourself that new car -- it certainly seems like the right time to buy.
