Top Indian CEOs leave for Pak

A large group of high-profile personalities from corporate India on Saturday left for Lahore on a chartered aircraft of the Indian Airlines to watch the fourth one-day international match between India and Pakistan on Sunday.

The IA's A-320 -- chartered by the ICICI Bank -- left New Delhi at 1200 hours, carrying among others top corporate figures like Adi Godrej (Godrej), Ashok Punj (Punj Lloyd), J J Irani (Tata Group), Ashwini Dani (Asian Paints) and Sunil Mittal (Bharti Telecom).
The passengers also included N Venugopal Dhoot and Rajkumar Dhoot (Videocon), Rajinder Singh Pawar (NIIT), Brijmohan Lal Munjal (Hero Honda) and N V Kamath, CMD of ICICI. Some of them were also accompanied by their family members.
The flight, which carried a total number of 66 passengers, would return at 0830 hours (local time) from Lahore on Monday.
