Dredging Corp issue oversubscribed

The government's offer for partial divestment of its stake in Dredging Corporation of India Ltd has been oversubscribed 5.45 times at end of bidding on Thursday.
The investors placed bids for 3.05 crore (30.5 million) shares as against offer size of 56 lakh shares, according to the data available with the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The government had set the price band of Rs 385-400 per share for the bidding process. The offer received bids for 2.74 crore (27.4 million) at Rs 400 per share.
Government's offer for sale of 5.44 crore (54.4 million) equity shares in Gas Authority of India Ltd received bids for 31.10 crore (311 million) shares. This offer is slated to close on March 5.
Petronet LNG IPO showed a tally of 15.71 crore (157.1 million) shares in bidding as against the offer size of 26.09 crore (260.9 million) shares. The price band for bidding is Rs 13-15 per share and issue is slated to close on March 9.
The IPO for Power Trading Corporation has been oversubscribed by 5.5 times.
The PTC IPO for 5.84 crore (58.4 million) shares, with a bidding price band of Rs 14-16 per share, received pledges for 32.49 crore (324.9 million) shares, according to BSE data. The offer closes on March 8.
