Xansa to hire 7,000 in 3 years

United Kingdom-based IT software and business process outsourcing services firm Xansa India plans to hire over 7,000 employees, quadrupling its staff strength, over the next three years, said reports.
The company will double its headcount in India to 5,000 in the next six quarters.
The company is creating a capacity of 10,000 seats at its three facilities in Chennai, Pune and Noida near Delhi.
At present 75 per cent of Xansa India revenues come from software while 25 per cent come from business process outsourcing.
Amitabh Shrivastava, Director-Operations, Xansa India, said that the company will have over 10,000 employees in three years from the current strength of 2,600, said a Times of India report.
The company plans to hire 4,300 people in Chennai, 2,800 in Pune and over 100 at its Noida centre.
