"The Supreme Court has today declined to grant any stay on limited mobility services. This means that subscribers of limited mobility services all over the country including those of Reliance and Tatas can continue to avail world class telecom facilities without any interruption whatsoever," ABTO secretary general S C Khanna said in a statement in New Delhi.

"The decision of the SC not to grant any stay is to be welcomed as it will enable an increase in teledensity and encourage subscribers to adopt the latest technologies that the basic operators are able to offer," Khanna said.
