GRE 2007: Four methods for easy registration

Yesterday, we looked at the changes that will be introduced to the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) in November. Todaym let's review how an aspiring student can sign up for the exam. Here are the registration details for GRE, 2007:

There are four ways to register:


MODE 1:

You must log on to either www.ets.org/gre or http://www.prometric.com/ and follow the simple steps to register. In the end, you need to fill the details of the credit card to confirm registration. The confirmation is e-mailed to the address you provid on the online application.

MODE 2:

You call 0124-4147700 and follow the simple steps to speak to the executive who will take down the registration information and credit card details in order to complete and confirm the registration.

MODE 3:

Call 0124-4147700 and follow the simple steps to speak to the executive who will take down the registration information and dollar demand draft details. You then send the demand draft to the ETS-Gurgaon office. You will be given an available date at least 20 days after the receipt of your demand draft. You can not secure a date within those 20 days.


MODE 4:

Log on to www.ets.org/gre to download the registration form. Send the completed registration form along with the demand draft to the ETS-Gurgaon office. You will be given an available date at least 20 days after the receipt of your demand draft. You can not secure a date within those 20 days.

Points to remember during the registration:

Part I: Changes to be introduced in November
Today: GRE Chat with TCY representatives at 3 pm
