What: In conjunction with the British Council, the 11th One World Fellowship Scheme invites applications for its 2006 programme.
Who can benefit?
~ Five or six senior radio and television broadcasters from the Commonwealth will be invited to the UK for two weeks in November.
~ Those selected will have their international travel and accommodation expenses taken care of for the duration of the programme, and given a daily living and travel allowance.
~ Candidates must also obtain permission from their organisations to be absent during this period.
Are you eligible?
~ You must be a senior (or upcoming) broadcaster with substantial experience.
~ You must be fluent in written and spoken English.
~ You should not have participated in a similar fellowship scheme before.
Important dates
~ The 2006 Fellowship Scheme: October 30 to November 10
~ Last date for applications: September 1.
