What: SerWizSol, a Tata enterprise, is recruiting Senior Customer Care/ Customer Care Executives.
These positions are based in Pune.
Do you qualify?

~ You could be a graduate/ undergraduate.
~ You must be at least 18 years old.
~ You must have a basic knowledge of computers.
~ You must be able to handle customers with care.
~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.
~ You must have excellent communication skills in Marathi/ Hindi/ Gujarati.
~ Candidates with at six months of work experience in hospitality/ retail/ BPO operations will be preferred.
