After the critically acclaimed thriller Manorama -- 6 Feet Under, Shemaroo Entertainment Private Limited will release their next -- a comedy called Mere Baap Pehle Aap. The film will be directed by Priyadarshan [Images].

The film stars Akshaye Khanna [Images], Paresh Rawal [Images], Om Puri [Images], Rajpal Yadav, Genelia D'Souza, Shobhna and Archana Puran Singh. Naseeruddin Shah [Images], in a guest appearance, will be seen working with Priyadarshan for the first time.

Music has been composed by Vidyasagar (of Hulchul fame) and the lyrics are penned by Sameer.

The film has been shot in Goa [Images], Kerala [Images], Chennai and Mumbai.

It is almost ready except for two songs, one of which will be shot in Mumbai and the other in foreign locales.

Mere Baap Pehle Aap is expected to release in June.
