Britney Spears gave birth to her second son in the early hours of Tuesday, September 12.

The 24-year-old Toxic singer underwent a Caesarian section in a Los Angeles hospital.

Britney [Images] and husband Kevin Federline [Images], 28, already have a son called Sean Preston [Images], who will turn one on Thursday, September 14.

This will be Federline's fourth child. He has two from his former girlfriend Shar Jackson.
