Director: Satish Kaushik. The comedian-cum-director helmed last year's surprise success, Tere Naam.

Cast: Arjun Rampal. His films may not have done well. But he still has a couple of promising projects, like Rajiv Rai's Asambhav and Vikram Bhatt's Elaan.

Zayed Khan. The sorrow of a disastrous debut in Churaa Liya Hai Tumne was soon forgotten after his second film, Main Hoon Na, was declared a hit.

Amisha Patel. The pretty face of Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai and Gadar: Ek Prem Katha scored big when she replaced Aishwarya Rai in Ketan Mehta's The Rising.

They have all come together to make Vaada. Launched at Singapore's Jurong Bird Park, the film has music scored by Himesh Reshammiya.
