Musharraf, Jamali greet Manmohan Singh

Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Zafarulah Khan Jamali on Saturday warmly greeted Manmohan Singh on taking over as the Prime Minister of India and welcomed his comments expressing desire to improve ties between the two countries.
In his letter to Singh sent immediately after Singh's swearing in, Musharraf said, "We in Pakistan welcome your government's resolve to improve relations between our two countries. I wish to assure you of our sincere commitment to find a just and peaceful solution of all outstanding issues including Jammu and Kashmir."
"We also look forward to further strengthening regional cooperation under the aegis of SAARC," he added.
In his letter Jamali said, "We are confident that under your leadership, Pakistan and India relations will continue to develop and the process of Composite Talks for the resolution of all outstanding issues, including Jammu and Kashmir will be productive."
He also said Pakistan would like to closely work with new Indian government to strengthen the regional cooperation under aegis of SAARC.
"We would also like to work closely with your government to strengthen regional cooperation, under the auspices of SAARC," he said.
