Mithi takes over as Arunachal CM

Congress legislature party leader Mukut Mithi was today sworn in as chief minister of Arunachal Pradesh for the second time.

State Governor Arvind Dave administered the oath of office and secrecy to Mithi and his council of ministers at a simple but impressive function held at the Darbar Hall of Itanagar Raj Bhawan.

Mithi took the oath in English.
