South Africa paceman Andre Nel [Images], who guided his team to a thumping victory over India in the second one-day international, said the home side will have the better of India for the rest of the series and the Test matches too.
"If we maintain our pace bowling and keep to our game plans then we will have India on the ropes in every match," Nel told the national radio SAFM's Game Plan programme.
Nel gave a devastating performance on Wednesday, when, as a number eight batsman, he scored 22 runs, which included a six, and then went on to take four wickets for 13 runs in eight overs.
The boisterous paceman claimed the key wickets of Sachin Tendulkar [Images] and Mahendra Singh Dhoni [Images].
He said India boasted a number of talented players in Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid [Images], Virender Sehwag [Images] and Dhoni and they would be planning to keep these players under pressure in every game.
"All the players in the South African team have worked very hard and now we should just maintain our high standard.
"If we maintain our pressure then I think we will have the better of the Indian team," Nel said.
