India make three changes against Sri Lanka

India captain Rahul Dravid [Images] won the toss and elected to bat against Sri Lanka [Images] in a league match of the triangular cricket series in Dambulla on Wednesday.

India made three changes to the side that played West Indies [Images] on Monday with Sourav Ganguly [Images] returning to the side after serving a four-match ban while V V S Laxman [Images] came in after recovering from a back spasm.
Yuvraj Singh [Images] and Y Venugopal Rao made way for the two veteran players.
Seamer Laxmipathy Balaji will also play his first match of the series in place of Zaheer Khan [Images].
Sri Lanka are without opener Sanath Jayasuriya [Images] who dislocated his shoulder during the opening match of the series here last week. Off-spinner Muttiah Muralitharan has also been rested for the match.
Seamer Pradeep Jayaprakashdaran would be making his debut for Sri Lanka.
