Ganguly's dubious distinction

By losing the toss in the second Test against South Africa at Kolkata on Sunday, Sourav Ganguly became the Indian captain with most toss losses against his name. It was the 26th occasion that Ganguly lost a toss in 42 Tests he has captained India. He was previously level with Sunil Gavaskar with 25 toss losses.
