The Pakistan Cricket Board agreed yesterday to reschedule New Zealand's tour of the country by a week to try and salvage the troubled series.
The New Zealanders, who were originally scheduled to arrive in Karachi on November 20, have been asked to arrive in Lahore on November 27.
"At the moment, the PCB can only confirm that it has agreed to reschedule New Zealand's tour to Pakistan," a PCB spokesman said. "We are in the process of completing the series details, which we hope to finalise by Tuesday afternoon."
Four members of the New Zealand team that completes a tour of India this week have withdrawn from the tour of Pakistan after receiving anonymous threats.
In view of the security fears, New Zealand Cricket will announce its decision about the fate of the tour today.
