A splendid all-round performance by India 'A' helped them to register a thrilling innings and 92 runs victory over Sri Lanka 'A' on the last day of the second Test match at Nehru Stadium in Pune on Tuesday.
Murali Kartik (4 for 27), Amit Bhandari (3 for 28) and Munaf Patel (2 for 33) bundled out Sri Lanka 'A' for a paltry 124 runs in their second innings.
The home bowlers dominated the visitors from the beginning itself and did not allow their batsmen to settle down.
Earlier, the hosts declared their first innings at the overnight score of 556 for 7, establishing a lead of 261 runs.
