Nehra to miss Champions Trophy final

India's left-arm seamer Ashish Nehra will miss the final of the ICC Champions Trophy.

He split the webbing between his fingers while fielding in the semi-final against South Africa. The injury required five stiches and will keep him out of the final.

Defending a not-too-impressive total of 261 for 9, India restricted South Africa to 251 for 6 in their 50 overs to win the first semi-final of the tournament by 10 runs and advance to the final.

They will face either hosts Sri Lanka or Australia in the final which is scheduled to be held on 29th September.
